After they jump in to help capture a fleeing criminal, The Tick and Arthur meet Fiery Blaze and his loyal sidekick Friendly Fire. At Blaze's request, The Tick agrees to get the two teams together over dinner. And while The Tick would like to adopt more of the pyrotechnic pair's teamwork, including a secret handshake, Arthur isn't so sure. Meanwhile, when the abundance of superhero teams leaves her feeling lonely, Captain Liberty decides to get a dog.
