After being caught with a stockpile of nuclear weapons in the trunk of his limousine, the evil Destroyo is brought to trial. With Batmanuel, Arthur and The Tick all slated to testify against him, Captain Liberty is assigned the task of guarding Destroyo during the court proceedings.
