After being caught with a stockpile of nuclear weapons in the trunk of his limousine, the evil Destroyo is brought to trial. With Batmanuel, Arthur and The Tick all slated to testify against him, Captain Liberty is assigned the task of guarding Destroyo during the court proceedings. However, when Batmanuel is asked about the car accident that exposed Destroyo's deadly weapons cache, he's intimidated by the supervillain and quickly decides against doing anything that would put his own life in danger. Meanwhile, in an effort to undermine her confidence, Destroyo goes to work on Captain Liberty's psyche.
