Criminal psychologist Karen Shoemaker (Rebecca Hobbs) is assigned to reevaluate Simon Cartwright (Paolo Rotondo), a disturbed, young serial killer. A lifetime of torment plus visitations by otherworldly beings have made Simon's alter ego -- a beastly homicidal maniac known as the Ugly -- emerge.
