When Eddie (Brad Garret) decides to become a Big Brother and mentor an underprivileged child - unfortunately, the agency makes a mistake and pairs him with an adult Kenneth Westchester (JB Smoove). To avoid helping Joy (Joely Fisher) with spring cleaning, Eddie makes excuses to hang out with Kenneth and begins to learn that being a Big Brother doesn't necessary have anything to do with age.
