Tobor the Great

When brainiac Prof. Arnold Nordstrom (Taylor Holmes) creates Tobor, a robot that can withstand space travel's perils better than humans, the automaton soon becomes a target for Red spies who kidnap Nordstrom's grandson Gadge (Billy Chapin) to extort design secrets. But little do they know the powerful Tobor has formed an emotional attachment to Gadge and will do anything to protect him. Charles Drake also stars in this atomic-age adventure.
