When Communist agents based in Tokyo hatch nefarious plans to undermine America's war effort in Korea, secret agent Jim Carter (Lee Frederick) goes undercover in Japan to infiltrate the Reds via his old college-chum-turned-Commie, Taro Matsuto (Katsuhiko Haida). But Carter must also win the loyalty of beautiful but dangerous Steffi Novak (Florence Marly), who could betray his entire mission. Reiko Otani and Tetsu Nakamura co-star.
