Sheldon Yellen, the CEO of BELFOR, the world’s largest disaster restoration company, goes undercover posing as a former insurance salesman competing against a woman to see who performs the job better. BELFOR provides post-disaster relief and reconstruction services after fires, earthquakes, hurricanes and other natural disasters. Growing up, Sheldon’s father wasn’t around much and his Mom raised four kids with the help of welfare benefits. To help contribute to his family, Sheldon’s been working since he was eleven. Now, as CEO of BELFOR he enjoys his financial security and makes sure his family lives comfortably. He’s proud of keeping his employees employed through the economic crisis by immediately enacting a wage and hiring freeze, and is going undercover to ensure his employees are being treated well.
