Voice to Vision: It Was Meant to Be -- Voice to Vision is an inter-disciplinary project that mixes genocide survivors with visual artists, musicians, composers and writers. The art making process is used to recall memories of the genocide survivors and their second generations. Voice to Vision VII is a story about Robert Newman who was an anti-Nazi German solider who was almost sentenced to death in 1944. After World War II, Robert moved his whole family to the States. The film interviews two sons of Robert Newman as they make art through their life experience.
