Some couples forgo the reception altogether, but Bridget and Kevin both have such large families that it's going to take two receptions to accommodate everyone! Wedding planner Katie Martin is tasked with producing the receptions, one in the Chinese tradition, the other with an Italian flavor. Both families are huge and hard to please, so both events have to be more than perfect. Can Katie pull off this tall order in a short period of time? Plus, spas are supposed to be relaxing, right?
