After uncovering a portal that leads to another dimension, an ambitious group of scientists hiding out in a secret underground complex accidentally unleashes a beast with a taste for human flesh. With no way to send the creature back, it's up to a heavily armed foursome and two warring researchers (Paul Koslo and Tara Buckman) to kill it before it breaks loose. Among the supporting cast are Jan-Michael Vincent, Jano Frandsen and Nicholas Lea.
