The two-most wanted cowboys in the New Mexico territory, Linc (Gabriel Casseus, Black Hawk Down) and Zane Malone (Antwon Tanner, Coach Carter) ride into Corazon for one last job: to rob Driscoll (David Carradine, Kill Bill: Vol. 2), the ruthless town boss who murdered their kin. Joined by their motley crew of outlaws and thieves, the brothers soon find themselves surrounded by Driscoll's band of hired thugs. Sock (Tyler Labine) becomes obsessed with Gladys (guest star), the DMV demon, after she comes into The Work Bench and makes some questionable purchases. He and Ben (Rick Gonzalez) follow her home and suspect she may be hiding bodies in her house. Meanwhile, the devil (Ray Wise) gives Sam (Bret Harrison) an expensive watch as a gesture of gratitude for all his hard work. Unfortunately, Sam discovers the devil was setting him up to take the rap for a murder the latest escaped soul committed. A sleazy racketeer, realizing that Hutch's testimony will send him to prison, hires a hit man to eliminate Hutch by forcing his car to crash in a canyon on "Starsky and Hutch." The episode marks David Soul's television directorial debut. In "Survival," Hutch sets himself up as the payoff man between mobster Vic Humphries and an Eastern syndicate in a hot car deal. At the rendezvous, Humphries double crosses Hutch and plans to kill him, but Starsky and the police arrive to arrest the racketeer. Humphies' lawyer posts his bail but they realize Hutch's testimony will convict the mobster. In desperation, Humphries hires a hit man who uses his own car as a battering ram to send Hutch's car crashing to the canyon floor where Hutch is left for dead.

After his Oscar-winning performance in Shine, Geoffrey Rush returned to the screen in this Australian comedy as a power-crazed politician, federal treasurer Godfrey Usher. Scientist Richard Shorkinghorn (David Wenham) needs cash to continue his research into age reversal. Applying for a grant, he's invited by philanthropic Grace Michael (Heather Mitchell) to her country estate, where he discovers his former lover and past assistant Kate Haslett (Francis O'Connor) has an identical project and grant request. Grace, they learn, is married to Godfrey Usher, given to frivolity and alcohol. Further, their weekend takes a devilish turn and really heats up after they discover that Grace and Godfrey are both Satanists. Some three years later, Usher is installed as the prime minister of Australia. Novelist David Soul returns to his hometown of Salem, finding that things have changed a bit. More than a bit, in fact: the previously warm and friendly community is downright sinister. Soul suspects that the bizarre behavior of his onetime friends and neighbors is the handiwork of oddball antique dealer James Mason. We won't reveal here the secret of Salem; suffice to say that the action goes directly to the jugular, and that makeup artists Jack Young and Ben Lane won an Emmy nomination.
