Rikki Yeager (ELIZABETH GRACEN), an executive for San Francisco-based Bronson Technology, steals an experimental computer microprocessor, changes her appearance and flees south. Wealthy entrepreneur Ted Bronson (MITCHELL RYAN) sends his security chief, Timothy Macy (LARRY MANETTI), across the country to invite the best bounty hunters in the business to a meeting at a San Francisco hotel. Chuck Woodley (LINDSEY GINTER), Nick Palladino (FRANK ANNESE), Mitch Randolph (JAIME CARDRICHE), Scott Sain, Nathan Wayne (L.Q. JONES), Bobby Sixkiller and his partner, renegade cop Reno Raines, arrive at the hotel and are offered $1 million from Bronson to find Rikki and return the microprocessor.

In the sixth and final season of Highlander, handsome 400-year-old Immortal Duncan MacLeod has returned to Paris determined to avenge the beheading of his close friend and fellow Immortal, Richie -- an act accidentally performed by Duncan but caused by evil demon Ahriman. Having given up his sword since Richie's demise, Duncan uses other methods to vanquish Ahriman -- and in so doing, he proves to himself that an Immortal can exist in modern times without having to fall back upon bloodshed. Lower Level is a glossy, but uneven thriller in which a wealthy, unhappy woman becomes the obsession of a security guard who reads her secret journals and becomes obsessed with her sexual fantasies. Hilary (Elizabeth Gracen) is an architect who has a lover who will not commit to her and she pours out her frustrations into her diary where she begs for her dream lover to rescue her. Craig (Jeff Yager) reads the diaries and takes her fantasies literally as he decides to become the man of Hilary's dreams. Director Peterson gets bogged down by several plot cliches and a highly unsatisfactory ending.
