After a season of ups and downs and a dramatic twist of plans in Cannes, it s down to Flav s final girls. Right off the bat, Flav must make a crucial decision that will determine one girl s fate. With the dust far from settled, Flav whisks his final two ladies away on a VIP tour du France to Monte Carlo and Paris complete with Helicopters and Private Jets. Along the way Flav finds himself caught between a chemical romance and an undeniable connection. Who will Flav choose to be his girl? With the promise that he ll "find love or die trying" this time, Flav is feeling the pressure. In the most dramatical elimination in Flavor of Love history, King Flav must pick his final Queen. And this time it s for keeps.

Flavor Flav is a good luck person. So he needs a good luck woman. To test the girls on this trait, he flies the seven remaining women to Vegas on his private jet. The girl who wins the most money at the roulette table then will accompany him on a private date in a five star Vegas restaurant while the other girls hit a taco stand and then head for the strip clubs. The next day, Flav challenges the girls to the Five Senses Heptathlon, testing each of the girls on their smell, taste, sound, touch, and... visual assets. So after sniffing, licking, groping, ogling, and listening to the girls sing badly, Flav tallies the scores. The girl who scored the highest overall gets some private time with Flav in his Jacuzzi bath. Flav finds a lucky girl who appeals to all his senses, but his world is thrown upside down when some tragic news affects his elimination plans. One girl leaves... but not the one Flav intended.

Thirteen of the rudest Flavorettes are back -- returning from Flavor of Love season one comes Smiley the crier, Serious the model, Goldie the puker, Pumkin the spitter, Rain the screamer, and crazy Hottie; and from season two comes Saaphyri the fighter, Bootz the hater, ghetto talkin' Buckwild, plus-size Like Dat, balcony-busting Buckeey & Krazy, and Toasteee, the drunk girl who did porn. These reality TV misfits begin their road to redemption and self-respect guided by their Headmistress and host of Charm School, celebrity comedienne Mo'Nique and her two Deans of Charm School: Keith Lewis (talent agent and Miss U.S.A. pageant director), and Mikki Taylor (cover editor of Essence magazine). After stripping away the nicknames which Flavor Flav gave them on Flavor of Love, Mo gets to work breaking the girls down so that she can build them back up.
