Before Tim heads out for a tough day of bounty hunting, he likes to get in a little quality time with his daughter, Summer Rain. This morning, he takes the toddler for a spin around the yard in her little red wagon. It's a much-needed moment of domestic tranquility, as today's hunt will be especially stressful. Richard, one of Tim's own clients, did not show up for court and if the team doesn't catch him, Tim will have to pay the bond. Luckily, Tim's old friend Pandora is the co-signer of Richard's bond, and she volunteers to join the hunt. On the drive to Richard's apartment building, Dog and Tim hatch a plan - Richard's got a new baby at home, and Dog fears he could become violent if he feels that his child's safety is threatened. They decide that Pandora should use a cell phone to call Richard and lure him out to the street, where the team can apprehend him. After a tense stakeout the team takes Richard into custody, and then Dog and Tim - both devoted fathers themselves - counsel him to straighten

Setting his sights on a beautiful but unfinished waterfront house on Foley Beach, Kevin convinces Richard it's a good house to flip. At $1.2 million it's a big gamble but Richard, unsure at first, agrees to go 50/50 on the house with Kevin. Things get out of hand as costly decisions are made that Kevin and Richard don't necessarily agree on and threaten a slim profit margin. A lifelong friendship strains at the seams until Dawn takes matters into her hands and uses a little southern style coaxing to get the two friends back together. This episode is a great example of how a little creativity can go a long way. Richard and the team take a chance on an "ugly duckling" in the hopes of transforming it into a "swan". After finding a great house at auction in Greenville, S.C., Ginger and the team are off to a good start - that is, until they see it. An imposing red brick house at the top of a steep driveway spells nothing but trouble unless they can drastically change the appearance. The trick though - making it all happen within a tight budget. For this job, Richard turns to Hollywood and calls in his brother Chris, a Production Designer in the film business, to bring a little "movie magic" to this house. But watch out - he may turn it into a scene from "Jurassic Park".

On January 23, 1971, after nearly five years of talks, negotiators Henry Kissinger of the United States and Le Duc Tho of North Vietnam initialed a peace agreement to end the war in Vietnam. That evening, U.S. President Richard M. Nixon announced the Paris agreement, praising it as the fulfillment of his promise to bring 'peace with honor' to Vietnam. Four days later, on January 27, representatives of the United States, North and South Vietnam, and the Vietcong signed the peace agreement, officially ending America's involvement in the Vietnam War. Its key provisions included a cease-fire throughout Vietnam, the withdrawal of U.S. forces, the release of prisoners of war, and the reunification of North and South Vietnam through peaceful means. The South Vietnamese government was to remain in place until new elections were held, and North Vietnamese forces in the South were not to be reinforced nor advance further. However, in reality, the agreement was little more than a face-saving gesture by the U.S. gov

On April 6, 1937, the twentieth anniversary of the American entrance into World War I, Admiral Richard E. Byrd called for an expanded international effort to prevent the outbreak of another great war. Byrd had fought with distinction as a U.S. Navy flier during World War I, but after the war he focused his formidable aviation talents on peaceful exploration. In 1926, he flew within 150 miles of the North Pole, a feat that won him the Congressional Medal of Honor, and in 1927 he made one of the earliest flights across the Atlantic Ocean. Two years later, he led a large and well-equipped expedition to Antarctica, setting up camp at Little America, a base he built on the face of the Ross Ice Shelf. From there, flights were made across the Antarctic continent, and on November 29, 1929, Byrd and three companions made the first flight over the South Pole.
