After Aaron (guest star Richard T. Jones) and Joan (Tracee Ellis Ross) experience an uncomfortable moment when they run into one of Aaron's ex-girlfriends, they decide to discuss their past relationships with one another to avoid future awkward moments. However, when Aaron introduces Joan to one of his good friends, Keith Atwood (guest star Troy Winbush), Joan realizes they once had a brief affair, but she failed to share this with Aaron because Keith was married at the time. Meanwhile, Darnell (Khalil Kain) helps William (Reggie Hayes) cope after losing Monica (Keesha Sharp).

Keith (Doug Cox) and Ray (Richard Reetz) are military technicians working on the Choctaw L-9, the U.S. government's latest war helicopter, which is armed with missiles, rockets and a gun turret capable of machine gun and laser fire. Two pilots approach the Choctaw. When asked for identification, the pilots remove their helmets, revealing themselves as Miss Kassidy (Karen Steiner) and Miss Kari (Kara Steiner). They draw their guns and, and after forcing Keith and Ray face down on the ground, steal the Choctaw.

The original, fuller title of this rockumentary was Rod Stewart and Faces, and Keith Richard. No director was credited for this effort, though it's possible that the film was assembled by its producer, Roger Grod. The film's 71 minutes is evenly divided between footage of Stewart's US tour (film previously telecast on NBC's Midnight Special), and a climactic concert at London's Kilburn State Theatre, where Stewart and his Faces group were joined on-stage by Rolling Stones stalwart Keith Richard. For the record, Faces consisted of Ron Wood (guitar) Ian McLaglan (keyboard), future Who member Kenny Jones (drums) and Tetsu Yamauchi (replacing Ronnie Lane on bass).
