As Owen peers into Tyrone’s skip for any bits he can use, Tyrone tells him to come back later when there’ll be much more stuff going begging.
Rob does his best to talk Carla out of visiting Peter but Carla’s determined it’s something she has to do. Kylie and David get Max ready for school and warn him that today’s his classroom assessment day with the psychiatrist.
Peter is rushed into intensive care. Rob secretly hopes this is the end for Peter. Ken’s devastated to receive a call from the hospital to tell him Peter’s taken a turn for the worse.
It’s the day of Max’s psychiatric assessment and Kylie’s stressed, desperate to make a good impression. David tries but fails to calm her down.
Peter’s pale and sweaty as he begs Jim to reconsider and give him some alcohol but Jim refuses and angrily sends him packing.
As Liz nervously prepares for her meeting with Jim, Steve offers to go with her but Liz assures him she’ll be fine on her own.
The doctor warns Tyrone that he won’t be fit for work for about 6 weeks. Tyrone and Fiz are worried wondering how they’ll manage without Tyrone’s wages.
Tyrone lies trapped under fallen debris. He regains consciousness and calls for help but to no avail. As Kylie tries to get Max under control, Gail rushes in and announces that Lily’s just taken her first steps.
Kylie hands David a ‘to do’ list insisting she wants everything perfect for Lily’s birthday party. Steve works hard cleaning the camper van. He tells Michelle he intends to drive it round and hand out flyers to drum up some business.
Everyone’s shocked as Leanne continues to hurl crockery around and denounces Nick for distressing Simon with his fake seizures. Her words hit home and Nick confesses to his stunned family that he has indeed been lying.
Leanne’s incensed when Kal admits he agrees with Eva that she’s being unfairly suspicious of Nick’s health issues. She tells them to get out of her sight.
Ken’s terrified Peter will drink himself to death. Tracy advises against informing the prison for fear of angering the other inmates. Ken faces an impossible dilemma.
In Wales, Deirdre is underwhelmed by the primitive surroundings of the caravan park while Ken relishes making use of the local farm’s amenities.
Yasmeen, Roy, Leanne, Kal, Alya and David gather round Nick, shocked. Roy wants to call an ambulance but making out he’s had a few similar attacks and they’re brought on by stress, Nick exits. Leanne and Kal feel terrible.
In the corner shop Nick makes snide digs at Leanne about her lack of career. Leanne retorts that it’s about as successful as his love life. Nick smarts. When Nick struggles to disable the bistro alarm, Kal comes to his rescue.
In his cell, Peter’s clearly suffering with alcohol withdrawal. Jim promises that he’ll find him some alcohol in return for some biscuits. Michael pulls up in his ice cream van to collect Gail.
